About the Foundation
The Jerry Chen Charity Foundation was established in 2006
to honor and preserve the memory of Jerry Chen who passed away in an accident on August 29, 2006. He was 24 years old. Jerry
Chen lives through his family, friends, and co-workers; all who knew him
will always remember his vibrant spirit and infectious smile. His family
and friends created this organization to spread that good cheer through
